SETX Estate Experts accepts cash, Cashapp, Venmo, PayPal and checks. After the sale, removal of the unsold items from your property, basic cleaning and debris / trash removal will take place.  Settlement will take place within (10) business days after the last day of sale.

Residential Liquidation

SETX Estate Experts will assess the entire contents of an estate and make an offer on a few pieces, whole lots or the entirety based on current market value.  Our Buy Out option guarantees the client a fair price, immediate payment, and piece of mind.
